These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lootsy (the “App”), developed by jajuatco (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, installing, or playing Lootsy, you agree to these Terms — if you don’t agree, please don’t use the App.
Lootsy is a general-audience game. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian, and get their permission before using any online features (like leaderboards).
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Lootsy on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the App, except where applicable law allows it despite this restriction.
Lootsy — including its code, artwork, characters, music, sound effects, the Lootsy name and logo, and all other content — belongs to Jajuatco or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing here transfers any ownership rights to you.
Lootsy may include virtual in-game currency, collectible loot, or unlockable characters. These have no real-world monetary value, can’t be exchanged for real money or used outside the App, and may be reset, adjusted, or removed at our discretion (for example, while balancing gameplay).
If Lootsy offers leaderboard or achievement features, taking part means your chosen nickname, score, and rank may be shown to other players. By using these features, you agree not to:
We may remove or reset scores and rankings, and may suspend access to online features, if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Lootsy’s online features if we reasonably believe you’ve violated these Terms. You’re free to stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
Lootsy is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free. We don’t guarantee the App will always be available or compatible with your device.
To the fullest extent the law allows, jajuatco isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lootsy. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is capped at the amount you paid to download it — which, for a free app, is zero.
Lootsy’s Settings menu links to sites and services we don’t control, including our Google Play listing and our website. We aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
We may update these Terms as Lootsy evolves — for example, if we add in-app purchases or advertising — and we’ll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use Lootsy after changes take effect means you accept the update.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
