This Privacy Policy explains how jajuatco (“we,” “us,” “our”) handles information in connection with Lootsy (the “App”), our mobile and desktop game. By downloading, installing, or playing Lootsy, you agree to the practices described below.
Lootsy doesn’t require an account, and we don’t ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, or other personal contact information to play. The App currently has no advertising, in-app purchases, analytics tools, or crash-reporting services, so we don’t collect or receive data through any of those channels.
To save your progress, Lootsy stores the following locally, on your own device only:
This data never leaves your device — we don’t receive it, store it on a server, or share it with anyone. Uninstalling the App, or clearing its storage in your device settings, deletes it.
Lootsy includes (or will include) leaderboard and achievement features so you can compare scores and track milestones with other players. If you take part:
Depending on how this feature is built, this information may be stored on our own servers or through a third-party gaming service (for example, Google Play Games Services). We’ll take reasonable measures to protect it, and we’ll update this section with specifics once the feature is live — if it runs through a platform like Google Play Games Services, that platform’s own privacy policy applies to the data it handles as well.
On Android, Lootsy requests internet access. We currently use this only to open external links from the Settings menu — like our Google Play listing or our website — in your device’s browser. It’s not used to send your gameplay data anywhere.
Lootsy is distributed through Google Play. Google Play may independently collect information (such as device or download information) when you get or update the App, under Google’s own Privacy Policy — that collection isn’t something we control.
We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age where you live). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us below and we’ll delete it.
Since most Lootsy data lives only on your device, you’re always in control of it: clearing the App’s storage or uninstalling it removes it. If we add account-based or server-stored data (such as for leaderboards), you’ll be able to contact us to access or delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy as Lootsy’s features change — for instance, if we add advertising, in-app purchases, or new online features — and we’ll update the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use Lootsy after changes take effect means you accept the update.
