A Brand Refresh For An Audio, Video, And Lighting Company

Brief: Brand revamp a full service audio/video/lighting brand to make their logo seem more sleek and modern.

The Challenge:
The company already have their logo and brand identity implemented on the site; they just want to modernize the look and feel.

They don’t have a clear vision, but they want a “electronics” or “technology” vibe. They’d want to know which design I think will be most beneficial to their company.

My Creative Proposition:
I proposed that they do remove their slogan and instead concentrate on their unique value proposition of integrating audio, video, and lighting. In the very beginning, I was aware of what I thought would be the most effective way to create an icon that would best symbolize the three most important aspects of their company. 

Variables I can work into the design

However, it was essential that the design be both straightforward and ingenious enough to incorporate all three features at any point. My aim is to effectively convey the three pillars of their business, while it needs to stand out from the competitors and feature a palette of colors that work well together.

Initial artworks presented

The client loved the idea immediately after receiving the first draft and hearing a short description of it, so we continued in that direction, making little adjustments to the shapes, colors and the typography, until we reached the final logo and style.
